If you're going to use images for you site title, then you need to add the text in the "alt" attribute so people who don't have images (like those with assistive technology or text-only browsers) know what it is they've landed on.
Your navigation is all images.. again, complete inaccessible. Provide a text-only alternative navigation on the page.
The navigation menu is too small and hardly readable the way it's done. Not everyone using the web is 15 years old with perfect vision.
