I thank in advance for your valuable comments ,reviews on this new website computingarena.com.
The website has only few articles on technology and also it covers some trouble shooting articles.
Iam a beginner and need your suggestions.

your site is alrite but you definitly need a new logo. Also i click on articles and it says not found so try adding some more

"Articles that are useful" in your title seemed pretty tedious to me. Aren't all articles supposed to be 'useful'? Change it to something more descriptive and SEO, perhaps.

Looks like one of those Template Monster websites. I don't think it particularly suits your audience and I personally don't like the colour scheme. There are too many websites using these templates these days - for a site to be popular I think people will want to see something different.

In addition, the code is a mess.
Your DOCTYPE is missing.
Bad coding.. tons of unclosed <img> tags
Tables... bleeeeaaaa 1997 technology
Doesn't even come close to validating

Yes lady you are correct.i like your comment.i have code some what better.
But table is not messy.

Yes, tables are messy. They are slow loading, and they're a nightmare to maintain. If you want to redesign, they will add hours to your project.

There's lots of other good reasons for dumping tables for page layout:

Im not keen on the colour scheme. The navigation text could be to small for some people but i like the way you have done the navigation. Keep chipping away at it.
