First, when I type NeedSurveys.com on the address bar, it didn't show up. I guess you need to make sure the url loads w/o a www too.

Secondly, I don't like the top menu buttons. I would prefer they are standard or similar at least. Your buttons are quite different from each other (color, font, etc).

Yes, I agree on the buttons, you need to make them all the same type to establish consistency.

The graphics in your header are distorted, need some fixing there.

Lastly, its a typical FrontPage code mess. Deprecated tags like <font>, tables for layout, no DOCTYPE, and proprietary IE only styles.

have all the buttons the same. Your logo isnt very good and you need more text
