Can someone review my GFX forum www.venomgfx.com

It is starting to slowing grow and is getting around 20 posts per day now. If you want to sign up and post then that would be great!

What do you think of both designs i have on it?

It's a forum. It uses Invision Boards and it looks much like several other Invision Board forums. Only darker, naff in 800x600 resolution and isn't particularly clear from the (admittedly quite stylish) logo what it's all about.

I agree. It looks like many other forums. You really need to customize your header. That will make your forums unique.

A graphics forum is pretty neat but to make it stand out better you will have to be very unique. Since your site is about graphics then the template should be custom made and very unique. Besides that your site looks pretty nice and it should grow quickly.
