Hi there.
Just had a look at your site. Here are some comments.
1: I notice you have an MP3 trade, I would think this could be deemed a little dodgy... especially as you don't even have to be a registered user/logged in to use it. I would seriously consider removing this option for legal reasons.
2: When not logged in, clicking the home link in the left hand navigation column causes a new window to be opened... not particuarly user friendly.
3: The "Register for free account" link above the login box does not seem to work.
4: When registering, you have a field called state. This contains both US states and international countries, which may be a bit confusing. Perhaps rename it to State/Country.
5: In relation to point 4 above, you then have a country code box... again, this may confuse some people.
6: The log-off link didn't seem very prominent on your website in the left hand navigation pane, tucked under the home link in "fun stuff".
7: Overall design and layout is not particuarly striking. That said however, the site seemed to load quickly, but some colour, and use of more modern fonts may help the look and feel of the site.
Overall, would rate this site with a 6.5
