I think the layout works for it's purpose. Well done. Does look like a premium template, though. Home page and search page are the same thing. I would consider having more of an introduction on the home page. I don't see the need for so many banners, slowing down the page load time (maybe make some of them just graphics.) Copyright is old. The resources page has a different layout. No doctype. Besides all of that... it is a well working web page.

I say there is nothing wrong with templates or I wouldn't be in the business. Not everyone wants to or can pay someone to do the design work. It looks very nice, professional and functions well. WAY TO GO!

There are many recourses of traffic and listings already listed in this forum. You could advise us what you've tried and where you've experienced problems so we can give you more specific tips.

We've been doing link exchange, directory submissions, did some advertising with banner exchange, and we are thinking of doing some press release.
What do you think of press release will it work?
