All comments are welcome but what I am most interested in is tweaks to improve my traffic, pagerank, and/or seo values.

Wow that is a nice site...

I really like how the nav, turns red (even on the sub menus) indicating the section you are in....

It does have a little bit of a PHP CMS site feel to it though...The reason I'm not liking this is so many sites are starting to look like that and well it just get monotonous....

Also the text links at the base are kind of hard to read and I feel detract from the overall appearance of the site...

Overall the site looks very professional it is clean and well organized with a ton of content...Only thing I don’t like is it kind of has a bit much of the same old same old...

Nice, clean, well organized. The only thing design-wise are the links at the bottom are hard to read.

As for SEO, if you have meta keywords and descriptions layed out, the only thing left is to petition for other sites to link to yours. That's about all I know about that.

so the red links at the bottom of the page are hard to read on the blue background?? Maybe I changed them since this post I can't remember but I thought the red on blue was easy to make out
