Nice unique design .. at first I could'nt find/see where the link to home page is - until I click on the Emerald park logo . not sure if this will be a problem with non literate computer users..no offense meant if you'r one of em and reading this..

Well done with the colours, I know myself that green is a awkard colour to work with! The site is clear and does the job. The only thing I owuld personally change would be the typography.

I think you need to establish a consistency with the fonts you use and the size in which they are displayed. Maybe try making the navigation links in bold rather than making them bigger?

Apart from the typography it looks good! Kudos.

I like it, but (isn't there always a but!?); Ditch the current index page in favour of the more sleek, professional look of the others. Also the papyrus font headings are a bad idea! Maybe its just personal taste, but i think they give it a template feel, a simple and sexy arial or verdana font will suffice there. The color scheme could have been a disaster but you managed to pull it together nicely to give a professional and individual look to the website.

I liked the fact that it was very clean. I had a little difficulty reading the text in the lower left corner regarding Ocoee. That's probably due to the fact the old eyes aren't what they used to be.

Found it easy to navigate and it came up right away. All in all I liked it. Nice homes. :-)
