Just completed my Webmaster Directory at WebmasterDev.com

Would like to hear your feedback on the site. Colors, layout, too many banner ads? etc etc etc

I think it looks very good. I think it may be a bit too early to put the "since '05", though. When submitting a listing, you may want to put in a check for too much caps instead of any caps after the first character. The reason I say that is because I submitted a listing that had "CD/DVD" in the title. It converted it to "Cd/dvd". Not a big deal, but I think in this case it would look better for you to have it show correctly. Best of luck with your site!

Very nice site, although it has some glitches:

Title must have at least 10 characters - why? My site title is shorter, why this is wrong?
When submitting a link, I am forced to enter a password which is visible to everyone. You should use <INPUT TYPE=password> instead, and user should enter password twice to eliminate typos.
When I click on "Add link", it would be good if last visited category was selected in the combo, because that's the way many people add links - first theyt browse to find a suitable category, and then they click "Add link".

The site has a nice layout, just need to get some more content. I'll be adding a couple links shortly for my other website CGISpy.com.

Definitely take the advice above as well.

The color scheme is nice, but the gray is too light. If you can make the gray text a few shades darker I think the page will be easier to read.

The logo needs something. Maybe a different font.

The layout is nice. The ads aren't a problem. Looks good!
