I was given the task of rebuilding the website for my students' council. I'm aiming for easy to navigate, professional, simple, and accessible by many. The latter I've come to a standstill with my IFRAME and JS versus the library's computers (NS 4.79), for which I'll create a frames-free version when I'm done constructing the main site.

Content is missing, but I need overall suggestions.

I just get the following error when accessing the URL you provided:
