I just review your site. You need to upgrade your site with professional touch.

Most important 4 points:

1. Improve your site header quality
2. Use text link navigation in header and footer section
3. Try to use CSS
4. create sitemap for search engine feed

These are few important points to improve your site.

The entrance to your site need to be clearer, it is not immeadiatly obviouse how to enter. You also might think about using more "meta" tabs in your header.

I liked it. I like simplicity as well. I also agree that the entrance to the site needs to be alittle more prominent.

Could maybe use a different colour for the titles in each section e.g. "about soho vein & vascular". The navigation is nice. The picture of the people walking on the beach on the vein treatments page is a bit blurry here (although that works well on your index page) and could do with being sharper since your whole site has a very crisp, clean feel.
