I'm going to be completly blunt with you here. Apologies in advance.

The entire idea behind your website is pretty retarded.
The design is plain and very unimaginative. Nothing to catch the eye.
The fact that it's in an iframe and has a popup code is bad.

All in all, it is very boring, and I doubt it's going to get you an ipodmini anytime soon.

Once again. I'm sorry for the bluntness.

I have reveiwed your site and think you could make some improvements by adding background image or even basic colour, I also think you text style is not easy to read try using something like "bookman old style" I also think you need more basic design in your layout. but never mind we all have to start somewhere

The background has a bit of life in it - but I think the main font used needs to be changed. A small bit of navigation wouldn't hurt, you want the site to be nice and friendly so that people join the conga, but shoving all the information together makes it feel a bit messy.

Apart from that, it's a site that does its job, based on an odd but not completely stupid idea.
