It's a concept critique more than a design critique. The idea is to simplify a webmaster's life by taking care of time consuming tasks such as billing and performing customer requests.
In 7 years we've found that these two tasks were taking a lot of time and that's why we designed this application for ourselves. I want to know what other webmasters think about this approach/concept to web hosting services, in other words are these features really perceived as valuable ?
I will be preparing a short video tour explaining the transparency feature of reselling. This feature alone is a big time saver but It's not easy to see unless someone take the time to try it with the demo. This involves adding clients and performing many tasks which is not obvious. Once mastered it's usefulness become obvious and that's why I want to produce a video tour.
