First of all, my Pop-Up Stopper companion started making all kinds of noises when your site come up, so I guess you must have several pop-ups on the index page. I highly recommend not having more than one, well, I really recommend none on the index page.
There were also several pop-ups on leaving that page.
It might be just me, but if I didn't have the stopper, I wouldn't visit due to all the pop-ups. They're everywhere! Enough about them.
The green links seem just a little dark, but the yellow mouseovers are really good.
Other than that, I think you have a good layout and look.
I'd have to agree. Far too many popups, especially since you've got other adverts on your page. I'd also recommend chanigng the link color. Although the green isn't too bad, why not try making the links yellow, with a green mouseover?
