Here are some more opinions to add to your collection:
The overall appearance is pretty good. The title on the top right does not seem to go well with the logo or the site. I suggest either changing fonts, adding a banner, something other than the text. The colors are good and the layout simple, another plus.
For uniformity sake, I suggest making the top navigation bar the same on all pages. The different pages do not have the same navigation. Also, the side bar navigation is not in the same location on all pages.
The pages are different widths, probably due to the graphics. I suggest making the graphics smaller to fit the space without horizontal scrolling on 800x600 resolution. You can also make the graphics a link to a pop-up, or another window, that shows them full size (if you think full size is necessary). This would help in making the pages more uniform.
This might be picky, the bar below the top navigation is also thicker on some pages, thinner on others. The ol' Dave test is to click through the navigation quickly to see how pages change, or don't change. When doing that, you can quickly see the differences in the navigation (both top and side), different page widths, difference in table widths, etc.
The functionality is good and the load time was very good. I didn't find any broken links. I do suggest a link back from your forum to your website.
Form and function match. And I didn't see any problems with grammar or spelling.
