A: First off you probably need to learn that bounce rate is NOT a "site" metric, it is a metric that only applies to a URL (page).
B: "bounce rate" is only useful when applied to a traffic source so what URL are visitor "bouncing" from and what is the source (referrer) of the "bouncing" visitors?
