The simplicity of the website is a plus, loads fast and easy to navigate throughout the pages, the information is readable and understandable. I can understand the whys as to the different size of fonts and colors, cuts down the confusion due to different types of Power of Attorneys. With the medical one I would go the white instead of the pale yellow background or pale blue for all of them.
On the logo, top left corner, I would go with a justice scale or a gavel. Clicked on a couple of states, the background colors for me clash, with the other links at the top of the page also.
The real plus was the "How to Fill Out" page with the video, very nice!
