The only thing I would change is add a little color to the 2nd top banner that the logo is on and also use that color for the footer. Because everything is so light, but different color bg's.
i thnik your site is clean and good but you need something more personality. i think you use a standard wordpress theme. so you must put something personal design from you into the site.
