Ineresting premise for a website but it has several drawbacks. If a person does not have a lot of time to kill this will eat it up. You need to click on a lot of links and navigate a lot of pages to get the chance at free hits. And then you have to submit your email? I have enough spam now I don't care to invite more of it. For this much work it would be more assured to invest money in a more traditional method of traffic generation like banner adds etc..
I give this a 8 on looks but a 5 on content.
