Hi Simz,
I like it. This is one of the best looking business designs I've seen in a while. It's the kind of minimalist style that I love to see. In particular, I like:
-the colors--the subtle grays contrast well with the red text.
-seamless integration of the flash graphic. It's non-obtrusive, unlike many flash movies.
-the graphics of the faces cropped into the boxes seem to give this area a magical depth.
-modest degree of whitespace
The only part that didn't flow was the web development section, which I see you are still working on. Thanks for sharing!
