You have a javascript error on line 261.
The header image is one huge image 780pixels wide and almost 40k. Try slicing up the image so at least there is something to see while it's downloading. I'm not sure if it's the server you're on but it took a HUGE amount of time to download the page and I'm on a 1MB connection!
When exploring the site there doesn't seem to be a consistent way to get back to the home page.
The headers in the body look a little washed out. Why is the first header placeholder for "REMOTE WEBSITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES" wider than all the rest?
The flash banner a) doesn't really "go" with the site and b) doesn't really need to be flash. In other words you've just used flash to tween (very slowly) between two different keyframes which serves no real purpose. You could achieve a much more attractive banner using an animated gif of some sort. Don't use flash just for the sake of using flash 
As for the services you offer - it's not immediately obvious what it is exactly that you do/offer. I certainly can't tell from your site name. "Herwords" and "Future Business Point" don't seem to offer any clue either. Smack your visitors in the face with precisely what it is you do if you're hoping to get a sale! Good methods include choosing a good and relevant business name together with a relevant strap line "Widgets.com - The Best Widgets in The World" for example. Use of headlines is another good method.
The header image makes no sense either . . . what does a rosette gift, and a rack of sweat shirts have to do with what you're offering?
Good first start but needs work I think!
