Hi Camisaac

I checked out your site. Here are my suggestions:

1) You have some typos and grammatical adjustments that could be made.
2) You say that you're based in Western Montana and then in paranthesis you add what could be cities. However, someone may think you're typing things in another language. You could say "We're based in Western Montana near the cities Missoula, Butte, Kalispell".
3) etcetera abbreviated is etc.
4) I would center your site and not have it aligned to the left.
5) One thing I dislike that i have seen in many sites that I've visited is when people have a link to contact them but instead of the link going to a contact page, it is linked to a mailto: hyperlink. It's bad because people may not have a email service hooked up in their browser to do anything when the link is clicked. If you want the link to go to a Mailto: hyperlink, then the link should say Contact!@SpiderSpin.com. This way people will have more of an inclination that it will open in a email supported browser.

Make the title on the header in an image editor too. If you are a designer, the site must be "designed". It has got to stick out

It's not bad, but you could use Photoshop (or whatever you use) more. The text is too big. And I don't think it's a good idea to speak in the future tense. I (the customer) am not interested in a "to be" firm. I want one establiched, with some portfolio. You can use present tense and if you haven't done a site for someone, put together some layouts and put them on the site so that people can see what you are able to do

1. i dont know if you intentionally did that but your page margins (top and left) should have been 0 if you plan that kind of layout...
2. layout is so plain for a web design company. if you want to impress clients, you should have a catchy site...
3. sample works would really help drag clients ^_^

You could look for inspirations if you like. That really would help. ^_^

I agree if your going to be a designer design your own page. That looks like a free front page template honestly. The layout is quite nice...just fix the banner up and add some content and you'll be fine.
