Hi DJA,

As soon as I went to your site I left. The reason being is it hit me with a pop-up ad and then another one and then another one.

If you want to be considered a professional search engine. Don't do that.

If this happened because of your web host or perhaps you're using a free web host that does that without yourknowledge, then I suggest you pay for hosting or get a new host that does not allow that to happen. It's unprofessional and annoying and your credibility will go down the tubes.

I did get to see the design for a moment and it looks like you're copying google with the rainbow colored letters. Try a more unique design.

WARNING!

When you run this site in IE you get 5-6 popups, you have to agree on security to if you don`t you`re stuck with these sodding boxes, I`m surprised that the Mods let this site through on review.

I like what ur site i really do but ur search box is ugly and the whole homepage does not look proffesional..... those 2 donkey images have to go i think and instead a cute or funny image of donkey's face would be better.... i did a quick search and great results came back so your search engine is good just the design needs help ok

ok well I got the whole popup thing but like I said in other post this is just a project Im working on for fun. Im a teen with no money currently not getting money from this site. Ill work on the design but Im not really good with that. If anyone would like to help just email me nofree3@yahoo.com. Oh and the popup thing Ill try to upgrade once I start accutually earning money from the site.

As danielle said, lose the two donkeys, and go with a single, amusing looking donkey. it will stick in peoples minds.

Also, the counter has to go, it screams 'my favourite pet' homepage.

The text doesn't come across as very professional, have something like

Needs more work. And I'd say .. lose the "best Search Engine on the web".
I don't know how old are you, but this is screaming 14

No offence

So try to stick to something else as a slogan. And redo the layout. Find a new host. Redo the images in Photoshop or whatever, align the links, make a hover effect for them, lose Times New Roman and get another web friendly font (Verdana, Arial ...)
For more hints I'd recommend you to read Webmaster Tips & Tricks. I've put there some info for us web designers to use

I got a new host. It has 0 popups but you'll get one because the thing used toredirect people from the .us.tt thing does it. Oh yah and guess what I am about 14.

what do you mean align the links they arnt straight? Someone is helping me get a nice layout. What do you mean a hover effect. And why should I not keep the hit counter? I have a new banner but I left it on my friends computer. I dont see how I can make the search box any better. But the rest of the stuff Ill try to work on.
