Hey,

my webdesign, marketing & market research site, www.jabz.biz, is now nearly finished. I´m fine with the most of the pics ans designs.

The only thing I want you to review is the language. As I am no english native speaker, I´m a little concerned. ...my site is in english.

Can you please sneak around a lil´on the site and try to find mistakes?! That would be very kool. Any suggestions and help are appeciated.

Hey Jab,

If all you're looking for is someone to proofread your site to make sure the English is correct, I would hire someone as this will be time consuming unless you know someone who will do it for free.

I did take the time to read the first piece of text and I did make an adjustment for you.

Here's what you had:

Here's what I would change it to:

Nice correction Line I was thinking along the same line "no pun".

It`s nice, I like the grey through out the site, IMHO some eye candy is needed in different places and maybe have blank banner graphics along with the sizes, this would give a better view for the customer and should help to bring in work better. Well done and good luck.

Nice site. Agree with the others. I would suggest, not just a proof reader but a text writer who will take what you want to say and put it into Standard English.

Thank you very much man,...there were some mistakes in it,...****, why did I not see´em?! Thanks a lot! I gonna correct them this weekend.

Ehm...the websites has not much text,...in the portfolio section, there is some,..but it´s nearly the same on every page. The Conditions of use are correct,...I took them and rewrote them from another site,...so I think they are "fine".

Please,...if someone would read one or two portfolio texts....this would help! Thanks!

First of cool site, they grey really works well, you've pulled it of! when I try to make a site with grey it does look monotonus and realy boring. Anyway, just a couple of grammer errors in the portfolio pages.

I don't like the way the text is justified, the spacing drives me nuts when trying to read it

On your Links page:

good and cheap webdesigns and gfx. I personally don't like the word 'cheap' . I prefer something like 'Affordable quality webdesigns and gfx.'

@ the others:

...ehm...a great idea making the 4 buttons on to roll over.... they lead you to other projects of mine BUT: jabz.de is going to close down, jabz.org (that porn thing) will move to porn****.com with a new tight design and jabz.info already leads you to to the www.jabz.biz site. In the end...JABZ.SOMETHING alwaays leads you to the GFX Design site.

Anyway...thanks a lot for your help! This board rules, when it comes to website reviews!

I am going to have to disagree with some of the posts above about the grey. I think there is just too much grey on your site. Unless you are going for a super industrial look or something I would put some color in there. There are too many sites out there that are just grey, distinguish yourself by putting some colors in there.

Just my 2 cents.

Good job on the site, but it loads very slowly. You have a good clean layout but too many images make the page load slow.

No doubt your site looks cool and feels nice to look at.
But I use internet explorer and your website generates a down scroller.The reason of which your site is a bit broad at its width's,I suggest you crop your site a bit from the sides so that it may not need the scroll bar below(horizontal scroll bar).

4 real?! I tested the site on IE, Firefox and opera. It was all fine. It´s optimzed for 1024x768 screens. Is there really a bottom scroll-thing?! That would suck!

What screensize do you have/ resolution do you use?!

Some gramatical corrections.

Just replace the Jazz Business Updates with (just the text, not the dates):

New: Sharp icons and navigation changes.

Hover effect add to the navigation.

Workflow information and raw breifing document >Click here.

New: Picturs, icons, content and a teaser >Click here.

New: Clients, graphics and designs added to the protfolio.

New: Links and a Client added to the portfolio.

Site: Added jabz.biz to various graphics and directory sites >Click here

Redesign of site completed and new jabz site online.

A very simple and straight forward design. I like it . My problem though is with the text size. A little bigger font size would be better and the horizontal scroll is irritating for me. Overall 8/10
