Here's some more IMO's:
I think you got the depressed look with the blacks and whites. It works well with the site. I won't suggest removing the "pooper" logo, but it might look better on the first page if it was stylized with blacks and whites like the rest of the page instead of greys. It might be something to experiement with.
Load time is good. I didn't find bugs. The Sounds and Facts pages have broken urls. However, on the navigation, the links turn very dark on the mouseover so they seem to disappear. I suggest using a lighter grey for the mouseover so it can be seen easier.
It might be good to make the pics that are on every page as links to their biographies/comments, or maybe even to a popup with a larger view. I suggest combining the Our Songs and Our Lyrics pages. The Our Equipment page needs completed.
The form follows the function in that the site matches with the desired effect.
I don't like to generalize, but the grammar and spelling with a punk rock group would not necessarily be the norm, and the site fits there, too.
I rate the site a 7. Keep it up!
