hmmm try adding a menu on that page, use the same uniform you used for your homepage.

also, your page seems to be filled with errors. you might want to check that out.

add the HTML link coding onto a textbox with the banner above it. also provide a list of more banners ranging from all sorts of sizes...

thats about all i guess. good luck

I agree with adding the menu and navigation.

Your horizontal banners are 468x70. That is slightly larger than standard, so some sites might not use them. The tower banners say they are the same size, but the properties say they 100x180. If they are separate banners, you might want to put some spacing between them. Right now they look like one banner. The coding also has them all listed as 468x70.

The links at the bottom need to be a different color so that they are not overlooked. The two blues doesn't give them enough contrast; maybe use a very light blue.

I've made some of these changes already, specifically the spacing and the banner size indicators.
Any other suggestions? The program is also explained a lot more in detail.

still looks to me like its 468x70px

plus, add something to it man, like make the "Partner Program Webmasters Earn Cash" bigger.

it looks plain to me. and add that menu so users wont have to press 'back'

It seems very unorganized. Maybe organizing them into tables, menus, etc. would help.
