I am a partner in a real-estate firm and I have been developing this website for a while now. The problem I am having is that I have been through so many versions of the site because I keep finding better ways of improving and handling the site. I believe I have found a good template that I have created and have dabbled in some php (the login system and sveral includes). Please tell me what you think and let me know what needs to be fixed or improved.

I am also looking to get a real estate listing going and I would need a script that would have a search for many different aspects of the properties and then be able to sort them through a few different categories once retrieved. If anyone knows of a good script to use or how I could piece on together, it would be very much appreciated.

I like the logo - the template looks professional enough - but not too much creativity going on - in a real estate. Things I would change design wise is the font color over the images in the center of the page. Or I wouldn't just blur the image - I would also change the transparency on it... Mainly the bottom one... Also the font text overall On my pc the font looks choppy when it's bold - one good one bold is arial - in size 3... if you want to make a "bold" statement... I dono if you understand what im saying but i hope i helped a little !

I would suggest, if you havnt already, going to www.hotscripts.com and searching "real estate" - I got 40 listings... if you don't mind paying bucks for a good script...

It's pretty good . The logo is nice and so is the rollover thingy you got going on in the center . I just sorta have a problem with the text on the left and right nav the plain text just seems kinda out of place with all the other images .
