Your site has a nice look to it. I'm not sure what added value your site has to bring other visitors to it. As far as I can tell you are just providing links to news stories??

A forum or chat would be helpful. Most of my suggestions however would be to simply recreate this webmaster-talk.com site. They seem to be doing what you are trying to do.

Using drupal right? Your own logo would be nice :-)

There are tons of drupal authors out there who provide free good looking templates for drupal. Maybe try one of those?

Liked the colour scheme but the content seems to be lacking. No navigational links to other pages on your site, all links seem to point to other peoples sites.
