Design is OK but there are too many ads in the home page itself.
I suggest you to improve the content.

Hi,

I think you should try and seperate the advertising and the site content a bit. I think the advertising takes focus away from your site. I also think you should try and design a logo or a bit of a header for the site, maybe make the dark blue section on the top of the site a bit bigger and use it as your header area? You might also think about spicing up your navigation a bit? It's a bit bland at the moment.
The "Make Flishess your home page" link on your site doesn't work.

I like the shades of blue.

This site feels rushed, you need to change the title of the page, give an introduction, give more content and less ads, I felt very confused on what it`s all about, good luck.

The ads are smothering your content. I got frustrated that everytime I looked at something, it was an ad instead of a game. You have some spelling errors (on your About page). The colors are a little harsh -- try something more subdued -- less "saturated" colors.

I agree what everyone has said so far - and the ads are totally dominating. But it's definitely a unique design and I think it can definitely go places if you maybe add some images...

Agreed. Too many ads. The content needs to stand out more. Have your ads confined to a table on the right side maybe. Consistency in the design of each page helps. I also agree with spicing up the navigation a bit. Mouse rollover maybe...

I think the improvement is remarkable. The site has a cleaner, quieter look and feel now -- You have great lines and the organization is clear and unambiguous. Great innovation with the nav bar making the current page much larger.

You need a little more information on your About screen and you need something on your home page to tell us who you are why you're here.

You are on your way to a much better site than you had!
