Nice site, I feel some padding is needed in the text areas, in the header - the shadow of the fish with silver looking bars, IMHO needs to go, I think the header would look much better without it, good content, well done and good luck.
a good clear design, nicely laid out. I do think the menu on the left could do with being the same font as the main body though (an effective roll-over though). Personally I like a darker background, although I think yours could do with being a little lighter (only a shade or two)
