For a beginner web designer, this is pretty good. It is nothing spectacular, but it serves the purpose. I have seen a lot worse.

Keep it up, each design will only get better.

I like the design, maybe add some more colors.
On the scripting side, if you're going to keep the same headers/footers/navigation on the entire website maybe check out doing some php include functions. Send me a message and I'll send you some links to help you learn how. Later!

Not bad for a beginner. It looks amateurish, kinda looks exactly like websites that I used to design a decade ago.lol

Experiment on CSS, font and color selection. Practice, practice, practice.

Very good for a beginner. May I suggest that you decrease the navigation bar fonts size.
