Review needed for Online Accounting & Bookkeeping Service

I just brought you the website named http://numia.biz for small business accounting & bookkeeping software as Service. This online service is aimed at both personal accounting & small business accounting. The earlier version has now turned up new version with some remarkable features like SMS accounting, Reports exporting, Easy Account Customization etc.

This Online Bookkeeping serves like Accounting Information System. Any individual or an organization can keep track of their business with the help of this service.

I used and felt that service is worth enough. However I would like to have your feedback too.

Who is your website aimed at? People who don't have a clue about accounting? I wouldn't say its easy really. I tried your demo (which should say 'click here for a demo' or something, 'click here to demonstration' doesn't really make sense)

There should be some kind of process to using it rather than giving your user a load of drop down menus to search through. For example page 1.what would you like to do, pay invoice,receive invoice write invoice, add supplier, add customer 2.whatever menu appears from first page etc etc.Think about your user experience, do they really want to figure out a load of menus? If the purpose is ease of use, u need to rethink how the app is laid out for ease of use. I don't want to have to refer to the very long help list to try and figure out what I'm doing.

I really agree you upon you mention those things.
For new users, it might be hard to use the options from the drop down menu.
Everyone looks & think of the page differently, so some certain things have been given common.
As you said the Demo Account in numia is not making sense.
I accept and we look into it in deeper analysis.
We will try to give the options in demo home page as you said.

It's the wording of the link that is grammatically incorrect.

"click here to demostration"??

Should be

"click here for a demostration"

or

"Click here to see a demonstration"

One reason to employ a copy writer who speaks English (or American

)
