Doesn't load for me but I see I'm not the only one having issues with it. Perhaps you need to contact the server admin or datacenter in regards to the issue because some people can see it and others can not. I'm sure the design looks wonderful! Best of luck!

Well over All Your Design is ok, But i really don't like logo Of Your Site, i mean The Blue Arrow you are using on your header is dropping Black Shadow and also Pixel Quality is very low , If You Can Change it kindly Change it or Totally Remove this from your Header.
I find the site not so appealing. Why not try the following tricks, these might help:
Extract Javascript code and styles from within the html page to external .js and .css files. Create a link from each html page to these external files. Browsers download these files only once and caches them on the user's computer. This will minimize the size of the individual html pages
Use also a background which creates a contrast to the font colors and graphics. Search at media sites like movies.com for an example. It uses a dark background with lighter fonts in order to create a theatre like setting. However, the site is easy to read and navigate
