The company I work for has a custom built eCommerce site that was built by the previous webmaster and though it is functional I feel it may be hindering sales. But I need to make sure it is not only my opinion.

I think our design is causing us to lose a lot of orders. Our conversion rate is not very good for a lot of our products and I need to rule out this possibility.

Could you guys take a look at the site and tell me your thoughts on:
  1. Ease of Use
  2. Navigation
  3. Clutter?
  4. Neatness
  5. Colors
  6. Design

Thanks In Advance,

Sammy

I just looked at your site and it looks very professional. I don't see how the site design has anything to do with poor response. It may actually be the product line. It looks easy to use.

That's exactly the kind of response I've had from other webmasters. I guess that I have to look into other reasons for the lack of sales. The issue is also not about all the products it is specific to Ziplock bags.

Back to the drawing board.

6Not bad, the menu text to the left IMHO need to be to the left, the introduction needs to be above the graphics "Introducing Pillow Packs", good luck and well done.

You really think so. Would it not be better if he first thing the customers see is what we sell and then read about it?

IMHO a site introduction is needed, it doesn`t have to be big, just enough to explain why you`re there, it is only my opinion and maybe other will say it`s ok as is, but I know my stuff and think I`m right on this one.
