New Website Design To Review Please

Hey, i'm 18, and I been playing around with web design now for a little while. I was curious as to what you think of my company website, Exino Studios.

I got authorized awhile after posting so this shot me down *way* down the list when it eventually got authorized so I don't think anyone would ever find it

Hey there,

Not alot to say but a nice site! I really like the layout. Two points though...

1. You should not put sites in your portfolio that aren't finished! Just a general tip!

2. Contact, you should have come validation checks on it, and using the <form action="mailto:info@exino.com?subject=Exino Studios"> is very bad, because it requiries people to have pre-installed settings, and not everyone has them set-up. And being a big company like yourself, shouldn't you be able to write a server-side scripts? PHP, ASP?!

Well, being 18 and all, I don't have time right now (thanks to college). But it's on my list. I'm redoing the entire side from the backend. I'm first converting all the deprecated W3C HTML and converting it all to XHTML, then i'm converting it once again to PHP to solve those such problems (in my _free_ time).

Also, all the sites in my portfolio actually *are* complete and shipped off, sadly, though, the people who 'ordered' them havn't got them hosted yet (that I know of). I'll see if I can get those online as soon as possible

I just reviewed your site and followings are my suggestion.....
@ In Google your site page rank is 4...good....total 23 pages..and only 16 link popularity...so improve your link popularity also....
@ Good colour combination.....
@ I like 2005_body_2_logo.gif picture...middle of the site...really very attrctive....
@ Good portfolio...really good work....such as syndicate, offshoreinstitute, fluxinc...I like most
@ One problem is in your site is...the area with verticle scroll bar after the image of portfolio_logo_echelon.gif....in that area when you click zoom in then it is very difficult to read whole think...

Overall NICE site.......can you please review our site....tatvasoft.com....any suggestion...

Nice site, the site name and icon look wrong, as if you`ve rushed it, I would add image preloading for the rollovers, nice colours and layout, well done and good luck.

I really like the color scheme and simple yet elegant design. Very Nice.

Site wasn't really rushed. But there isn't an extreme amount to need the preloading. The logo is actually a recent re-design. It is suppose to emulate my name. Exino. It goes "Ex-In-O" [X-In-O], hence how my logo is an X inside of an O :P You get the idea. I like it, anyways.

Ah yeah, the flash thing zooms, but, it's not suppose to zoom so =/ i'm changing that anyways, but for the time being that's what I had in place after the main page face lift.

I had a look at http://www.Exino.com and here is my thought regarding the site.
I like the intial impact that the site made on me, it held my interest just for those few seconds which are needed before you either click away or navigate through. I was tempted to navigate through, which was a positive.
By the way I am not a developer or a code writer just one of your everyday .com entrepreneurs. I have launched my website http://www.muslimbrides.com and soon launching a follow up one called

I found your site to be generally interesting and thought it well developed. The use of colours and logos were good too. I wish you all the luck for the future.

Nice site Harry, 'musbrides' striked me at first with the pink colour, but it really does work well. Good work on the site. It is crafted very nicely and is eye catching. I wish you the best of luck in your entrepreneurship adventures (like myself

Anything else that comes to anyones mind? I love all the replies i've gotten so far. This is the most active forum i've been fortunate enough to post on. The other design review forums have like 6 active members a month
