here are some of my opinions.
-you need a logo
-you definitely need a new navigation bar, that small strip at the top makes your site look unattractive.
-you need more content
-remove the ::::::: as your dividers, insert <hr> tags to divide your sections.
-try using tables so you can organize and clean out your site a little more. better layout in other words.
-remove the background you have for the date and time, does not go with the site.
-the background seems a little unappealing to me, i would change the grey stone look.
thats about all you need to work on. the rest is fine
