I would change the grey box into something else, maybe enlarge the picture and clip it into that shape. Other than that, it's nice however your call to action isn't very well done. Having 3 box banners isn't gonna do much.. you need to review your placement.

try to change ur site Text Color Green not like good most peopels use black
