Could ya please review

Could any of you review my site....and tell me what you think and what I could do better.....I have my site advertised in some search engines but still with no luck.....we have like 88 members and maybe 1 or 2 on at a time....could you guys give me some advise on how I can get alot more members.....the site I have is forums for fun and chat....to those that want to view my forums, you will need to register by giving a username and email...I THANK YOU for visiting my site and for your reviews.

I think visitors should be able to visit the site though because if they go to your site and see they have to join too browse it they might just turn away.

hi. i think the forum is great, but the first page doesn't look as good to me... a bit like a big mess of links - is it important to get ppl to click on the links? if not i'd leave out that whole page i think and have the forum itself as the homepage

what mouseovers? i really didnt check much of your site and didnt know you had a forum. you seem to have a big mess there, thats why i left.

looked to me like an AOL hometown page. you really have to organize yourself.

well, show me the link to the mouseovers and the forum so i can take a look at that.

The first page is way too busy and all over the place - perhaps it really should go straight to the forums.
The forums' headings are in black on a blue to black gradient and some of them I didn't even see - make the text a contrasting colour and bigger.
Also some of the text with the dark background is difficult to read - make the backgound lighter to get around this.
I, personally, would get rid of the flashing icons, but then that's me!
