I have a very high screen resolution, and when my browser is full screen the two tables pull apart - the bottom section slides to the right to expand the screen.

Welcome to Webmaster-Talk forums.

Here's some IMO's:

First, are you able to make changes to the site? I noticed that the design and maintenance is by Prolifik. If you like the suggestions here, maybe they can change for you.

The startpage is nice, but it seems to suddenly cut off to go to index page. The transition needs to be a little smoother.

The overall look of the site is really nice. I suggest removing the second bar on the index page that has the date and the search box. It seems a little cluttered with that and a little out of place.

You could also do without the top navigation bar since there is a tabbed navigation below it. The lower nav looks better. The Internet Access/IP link does not work on that bar. That bar does not function correctly on the Contact Us page.

A feature that I've seen on other sites that might be a nice feature is to have the center pic change with the mouseovers for the navigation on the circular nav bar. That's just a thought.

I like the overall look. I rate it a 7. Good work.

I agree with DMo224, the into cuts off too fast, the top navigation is a bit cluttered but if you want to change it make sure that all the text lines up right with your background. And the rollover would add to the site.

Basically, do something with the top nav on the main page.

Good site though. I like the graphics though
