When using Photoshop to take out the background of someone elses photo don't forget to use the "smoothing" tool so it doesn't look as obvious.

I think that choosing the right images really makes a large impact to site, I really think that you have to make some adjustment on the design first!

Regarding the design - the previous reviews seem to be very reasonable. Looks like you need higher res graphics.

Regarding the idea... It's a definitely working idea. I remember a few real-life examples like this one that worked 100%. For some time.
Is this a pyramid scheme? New members will be paying dividends to the older members?

The site looks "fragile" meaning that the way blocks run into each other isn't nice to the eye.

I think your site is very user friendly, easy to navigate and has a solid layout. The hover buttons are gentle on the eyes but add a very nice touch. I see the site is new, I wish you the best with its future growth.

As a first time viewer of the site, my first impression was "this looks scam-y".

I'd recommend: i) removing the guy next to the giant dollar sign, ii) clarifying the presentation of the deal and perhaps even changing the deal itself since most people will suspect that they won't make it to the top 10 iii) have a copy-editor check the English (I think some work for as little as ~$4 a page so checking a few pages should be relatively affordable).
