you use that graphic with the box around the red x way too much... come up with something original already, every poorly maintained site uses that one.

You have a good blog layout!
Your adsense ads was place strategically.
You better place your SUBSCRIBE besides ABOUT.
Put a little more on sidebar (use the space there!)

I got the Google pen from somebody who works at the Bic factory. Google ordered a whole bunch of them.
