The site is a Fansite, mainly revolving around fan graphics, created for a popular teen series "Twilight". There are movies and more books scheduled to be released over a period of time, so the craze isn't going to pass over in a few weeks or months.
The site has been open since Mid-May.
It gets 500-600 unique visits a day, and the hits are rising at a moderate speed.
Most of the visits come from Google. The site ranks for a lot of Twilight Graphic related terms, such as "Twilight Myspace Layouts", "Twilight Graphics", "Twilight Icons", etc on the first few results of Google.
There's no PR yet.
Right now the revenue is from ValueClickMedia and Adsense.
So far this month I have earned $13+ from Adsense and $10+ from VCM, but VCM has only been on the site for the last week (I just got accepted).
So a monthly revenue should be around (if it doesn't rise!) $15 from Adsense and $30 from ValueClickMedia. So, $45.
From my limited understanding of site-selling, a site's value is 8-10x the monthly revenue?
So the site should be worth $360-450, depending on the buyer?
