Too many ads... and what's worse is they stick out like a sore thumb. Try using the background color of the menu instead of the white for your adsense. Removing one or two wouldn't be a bad thing either btw. Also, shouldn't the title read 'Australian Cars'?
Also it seems kind of disorganized. I had no clue what was going on and I didn't even read your article because it wasn't made appealing to me. Hope this kind of gives you an idea of what to work on. Good luck
