Design
Your logo is kind of lagging along with the pack, so to speak. There's lots of black and the blue is more of an accent. Perhaps re-vamp it to match the site? Or visa-versa. The links on your plan tables are too light of a blue, IMO. Same witht he gradient. As well, I wish it were packaged better. The black border is pretty simplistic, and with all of the work you put into the main thing, there's no reason not to go for it and wrap it up nice and pretty. =)
Oh, and the big picture on the right isn't really...performing a function. It's large enough to work as an element on it's own. Maybe advertise sales, hosted sites, or deals there?

The plans look pretty reasonable from my end. I think for a 10 dollar a month spike, I'd want a little more room on my hosting account, but there are worse deals out there, and I'm pretty cheap.  Nice work on defining your terms as well, and the idea of live support is pretty awesome.
Would I Use It?
I dunno how reliable it is, but Bluehost has been getting on my nerves lately. Maybe if I had the cash.
Overall
A couple of tweaks here and there, but it is really high quality overall. Nice job.
