Last 3-4 days i worked hard to install new forum. At least I have done it.

Are you just starting out? You need to do a lot of work. Get yourself a great design, write some interesting and attractive topics, and start marketing. Generate some activity, then come back for a review. One poster does not a forum make! It makes a blog. =P

I think that your forum design is inappropriate to standards forums designs and it looks plain to me!
