Wow, that's a lot of activity for a board only a month old, so Congratulations on the success in that field. Since there are a lot of other Webmaster forums out there, it's off to a great start (And features like Revenue Sharing definitely help).
My criticisms of the forum I'd say are: - The Theme = It looks a little too bland, like some of the colors were just changed around from the default vB skin, why not customize it a little more? Make your webmaster forums stand out from the ones that are already out there.
- The structure of the categories and boards look very similar DP, why base your structure off theirs? I'd probably mix it up a little bit. Offer something unique that they don't have.
One thing I've always liked about vBulletin forums is the vBSEO addon. I'm not sure if you looked into it / considered it or not, but it does offer some pretty nice options, such as Rewritten URL's, which makes location awareness much easier for members.

I have a few friends helping me out. They made it a fun place to hangout literally. We all try to help each other every way we can; thats what get us going so far. Plus the contests held there working as catalyst.
As per design we could do a great design; but then we decided not to do it. Because all forums suffer from load time problems once they get busy. Looking forward to that we minimized adding new stuffs as less as possible.
I heard a lot of times that we look DP like You are right, we have to look into how we can make it different. We did some changes in categorization, guess that was not enough.
I am aware of the VBSeo. Yes I agree that would help a lot, specially the url rewriting significantly improves the search engine visibility.
Finally thank you for a nice review Rep+.

I'm going to start by saying, I absolutely LOVE the logo. Now onto my review.
First Impressions
"WOAH! THAT LOGO IS AWESOME. Do they have a tutorial on that?"
Design
Sadly, it goes downhill from the logo. It's Vbulletin, so you've already got everything laid out in a nice way. Now what I want is for you to polish, darnit! You can make that pretty graphic but then you use standard "new" and "old" post icons? Shame! I'm being funny, but all I'm saying is, try using the rocket, perhaps? As well, everything is just...BROWN! Try changing the color schemes, perhaps? Use the black and blue. It goes with the brown, but you're not utilizing that. You essentially setup your color scheme in your logo, and you're only using one color...
You said that you don't want to go for an amazing design because of load times. Perfectly understandable, but you have to think about the components of designs. I've yet to tackle stying for V-bulletin, but remember that some images render much faster than others (.gifs and .pngs for repeating and background!) and that css is your friend! Honestly, with just a few tweaks, you'd be good to go, but if you just utilize your resources, you could be amazing and have good loads.
Content
I'm trying to get an overall feel for the quality of posts, so I looked at a couple of the popular ones. Obviously I'm not going to talk about grammar & spelling because of the members and varying backgrounds, so I'll go for in general.
In general, the response looks good. Not a lot of empty threads, and from what I can see, everything is pretty much on track. Nice job.
Would I Sign Up?
Sure, why not. It looks like a nice developing site, and it's always good to have more than one place to build a presence. Expect a new member in the design and reviews forums.

I must say I am bought for the idea of making some improvements on the design. Probably gonna take some time, but I am up for it.
It is a brilliant idea using the rocket for the post icons
We tried to create a friendly atmosphere. Most important is, we help each other every way we can. Thats what get us going forward.
Thank you for the very useful review. Rep +
