What do you think about the layout (color scheme etc.), content, logo (i know it's pretty bad), download speed etc.

Please be descriptive.

I think it needs a lot of work. The website looks out of date and has no character. I hate to say that but it is what I think about it. Moreover, it is not immediately clear what you are trying to achieve with it.

Try a header with a drop shadow a better logo is needed I think
