A site just being popular doesn't nessesarily mean it's worth anything. Simple fact is there isn't a great deal on the site of value.
Youku is slowly being blocked by many countries because it infringes copyright laws (copyright law in China's pretty loose). As your site is dependant on Youku (or appears so) this makes it a much worse investment unfortunately.
I'm not sure about the legal side of linking to these videos, but most mainstream webmasters would at least be put off by the idea.
The site may be popular, but I'd personally put this down to the fact that it basically links to free movies, which most webmaster's would be able to recreate themselves (and attract a similar number of punters).
Your site does have some potential for making a decent profit when you look at your traffic and those "skip this ad..." style adverts... but again, I think it's something a competent webmaster could recreate. Saying that, you could always sell it to an incompetent webmaster. j/k
But, I'm afraid, although the site's all very good and popular, I wouldn't think it's resale value would be very high. I think it's more about searching for the kind of webmaster who'd be interested in something like this... e.g. someone who's already set up something similar.
Good luck with the sale!
