Relaunched our website last week

As you can see it's improved drastically from the old dark interface but I'm still looking for feedback. One thing I've heard is that our text is too light now, grey instead of black, and that with how vivid the top banner is it kind of drowns out the rest of the site.

The flash page as Home was also just added this week, I'm slightly concerned that the page doesnt have enough info on it to grab some ones attention. Let me know what you think.

All feedback/thrashing is welcome, hehe.

It would help equalize the page by having some kind of more dramatic footer. I like the simplistic look, just add some type of attraction down there. I have to force my eyes to look down because all attention is drawn towards the top half. Hope that helps.

I like the lack of footer, actually. It makes it feel cleaner to me. A small petpeeve, but I think maybe the "home" link should go to "about" or "services" instead of back to the flash page. It feels like I'm being kicked out of the site when I hit home. I really like the design and the navigation is pretty wicked. Nice job.
