The first thing I noticed was the poor writing style. I appreciate it is not easy if you are not a native English speaker, but it is really irritating to read such poorly constructed text.
As London says above your code is not valid. I ran the W3C validator and found 118 errors.
Personally I would not have so much on your Home page, one or two of the introductions with links to the rest would be better,
With a little more attention to detail I feel sure that this could be a useful resource.
